Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks unless they are defective or incorrect items received.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in your return approval email

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing

Exchanges
